Hoffnungszeichen | Sign of Hope e.V. (SoH) is a humanitarian and development organisation promoting Human Rights, providing Humanitarian Assistance and Development Cooperation in several countries around the world. Based in Constance, Germany, SoH is dedicated to helping those in distress and exploited people worldwide. In Armenia, SoH implements a project funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO) to support refugees from Arsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) as well as vulnerable host communities in rural border regions through protection services, shelter and winterization activities. Development Principles NGO is a partner organisation to SoH, responsible for protection services in the regions Gegharkunik, Tavush, Syunik.
Within the framework of this project, Development Principles NGO requires services of providing accommodation, food and other requested in this document services a two Summer Camps each of 7days. The project is aimed at providing psychological support and protection services to people from Artsakh, helping them integrate into new communities, as well as uniting teenagers from Artsakh and the regions during the summer camp. At this stage, we organize a procurement process and invite you to submit your best offer, indicating the price, payment terms, and other necessary information for the following services.
Scope of Services
Organization of 7-day summer camps aiming to provide psychosocial support, skill-building, and integration activities for 120 youth aged 12-18, split into two groups of approximately 60 participants each, from local communities and displaced individuals from Artsakh.
The camps will be held consecutively in Syunik and either Tavush or Gegharkunik regions in July/August 2025. Venues must provide accommodation, meals, activity spaces, and safety measures, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for the participants. A one-time service provision contract will be signed with the selected supplier for the specified time frame.
