What you need
to know
100% free opportunity — full scholarship for selected participants
Online training — for participants from 6 target regions
4 months — May 2 to September 2026
~6 hours/week — video lessons, 1-2 live lessons, teamwork
For ages 16–50 — no prior knowledge or experience required, just motivation

The knowledge provided here is immediately transformed into practical experience: real tasks, discussions, and applied projects.
Digital, communication, financial, and legal literacy
are presented not as separate subjects, but as four pillars of an independent person. You will learn to manage your resources, your digital “self,” your rights, and your voice.

The content and structure of the 5 modules presented below are organized in such a way that within 4 months, by dealing with about 200 topics, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge and apply it to realistic models.
