The youth network created within the HoT Academy includes more than 150 young HoT Virtual College students from Tavush and Gegharkunik marzes. Students participate in HoT Virtual College online courses, which include seven modules.

In order to develop the leadership and project management skills, as well as team coordination and teamwork, the peer-to-peer “HoT Ambassadors” mechanism was introduced and launched as part of the project. “HoT Ambassadors’ is a network of ten competitively selected students who expressed interest and willingness to participate in this innovative scheme. The young people were trained, following which passed the appropriate selection phases to become HoT Ambassadors. 

The ambassadors coordinate the work of the teams, guide their teammates during online courses, consult on technical issues (virtual classrooms, online quizzes,etc..), work to create quick response mechanisms, and do all this while learning all the seven modules of HoT Virtual College!
