What is being a HoT Host?
HoT Host is one of the following:
- a professional individual/an influencer from domains related to career readiness, entrepreneurship readiness, hospitality, and general development domains
- a sole entrepreneur or an incorporated business company in any of hospitality related sectors, or operating in Tavush/ Gegharkunik region
HoT Host is interested in one and/or few of the following:
- sharing interesting expertise with young adults, increasing awarenessabout him/her, own products/services, it’s domain, finding proper employees, finding proper local suppliers
- supporting youth-led startups and motivated youth (financially or otherwise)
- partnerships and networking with other professionals/businesses
HoT Hosts for HoT Students
HoT Academy co-creates HoT education through the practical and experiential learning contents sourced from HoT Hosts using the following 4 main types of services:
A. Educate HoT Students during “Learn from real life’:
a. HoT Classes: Share knowledge, skills and general inspirational insight with HoT Students through pre-recorded videos.
b. HoT Host Blogs: Regularly share inspirational and informative content for HoT Academy’s social media platforms.
B. Educate HoT Students during ‘Learn from proximity’:
a. Hosting HoT Shadows: In person (one-on-one) sharing knowledge, skills and general inspirational insight with HoT Students (1-3 days).
b. HoT Speed Datings: Participate in HoT Speed Dating events (1-2 hours/event), where the HoT Hosts one-on-one interview HoT Students (10-15 min) and provide structured feedback.
C. Educate HoT Students during ‘Make HoT Career Happen’:
a. HoT Internships: Provide result oriented training to selected HoT Students in the following logic: pre-knowledge checking, training, exposure to real projects, post-knowledge checking (exam), hiring/ collaboration.
D. Support/sponsor HoT Ideas and HoT Startups during ‘Make HoT Idea Happen’:
a. HoT Host Vouchers: Issue HoT Host Vouchers for domain specific
mentorship/business consultation.
b. HoT Host Sponsorship: Invest or financially support
a) selected HoT Students to lead attractively and professionally;
b) selected HoT Startups, which seek investment and partnerships.

HoT Host Blogs, HoT Speed Datings: Not remunerated
HoT Host Vouchers and HoT Host Sponsorship: Not remunerated
HoT Academy is responsible for co-branding, marketing, organizing the education and administrative processes.
What are the types of HoT Hosts?
There are HoT Hosts and a few so-called HoT Core Hosts with more responsibilities.
HoT Core Host is a person/enterprise – a recognised expert in the selected domain and responsible for moderating one of 7 education modules:
1. Digital Literacy
2. Hospitality Literacy
3. Communication Literacy
4. Communication in Foreign Language
5. Financial Literacy (Basic economics)
6. Legal Literacy
7. Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship Literacy.
HoT Core Host are responsible for a minimum of 10 hours of educational content during the ‘Learn from Real Life’ education program during August-October 2022.
Education content should be in the form of pre-recorded videos. Educational videos will be presented by Core Hosts and/or guest speakers (if applicable) that should be invited by HoT Academy and the HoT Core Host themselves and moderated by the HoT Core Hosts (e.g. for HoT Talks, HoT Master Classes). Knowledge checking tools should be available for each education content unit. Interactive sessions should cover 50% of pure education content with the HoT Students, such as regular Q&A sessions, virtual interactive discussion of assignments, etc.
General requirements for HoT Core Hosts
General requirements are that the HoT Core Host should introduce the education content on the level suitable for young adults of 16-35 years from the regions, should outline major tools of the domain, and inspire the youth to meet the learning objectives. The HoT Core Host is expected to link to the concrete needs of a HoT Startup.
HoT Core Hosts are expected to attend networking events organized for HoT Students and HoT Host community.
Communication partnership
1. HoT Academy will co-brand the educational content created by the HoT Host
2. HoT Host is listed on HoT Academy’s website and is featured on every event (online/offline)
3. Both HoT Academy and HoT Host promote each other’s brand within their network (including social media)
4. The HoT Host community embraces preferred partnership models (e.g. special prices for HoT Hosts). HoT Academy will share this and other information through HoT Newsletters.
