Learn HoT from real life
Introduces 200 proactive young adults (HoT Travellers/Students) to practical, in-demand, and innovative non-formal short-term education through 7 comprehensive modules. Graduates of HoT VC gain a competitive edge when applying to subsequent programs in Acts 2 and 3.
Act #2. HoT Business Incubator /
Make HoT Idea Happen
Supports innovative and competitive business ideas from entrepreneurially mature young adults through mentorship, seed funding, and access to valuable partnerships. The incubator consists of two phases: the Learning Phase (StartHoT), and the Implementation Phase (GrowHoT).

Make HoT Career Happen
An educational journey designed to develop and enhance the professional skills of proactive young adults in modern marketing disciplines. The program unfolds in three phases: Learning, Learning by Doing, and Learning by Sharing with a strong focus on peer-to-peer collaboration.
