🕐 Deadline: May 20
The camp will take place from June 26 to July 2, 2025, at Park Resort Aghveran, a comfortable and secure venue surrounded by nature. Participants will be accommodated in hotel rooms, 2–3 children per room, with room assignments made based on age and gender to ensure a comfortable stay.
Throughout the week, participants will engage in sessions focused on emotional well-being, teamwork, and self-expression, along with physical activities such as movement therapy, team-building exercises, and outdoor games. The program includes both educational and physical workshops and activities, creative sessions, an immersive quest, and evening events like film screenings, campfires, and talent nights to foster connection and personal growth.
Each day includes structured workshops, group activities, and free time with themed Activity Corners, offering options like sports, handcrafts, and relaxation spaces to suit different interests. Participants will enjoy full board meals, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily.
The camp is structured to encourage friendships, cultural exchange, and self-discovery in a safe and inclusive setting. A dedicated team of adults will be present throughout the entire camp period, including:
-
Management staff (5–6 people)
-
Workshop leads (6–7 people)
-
Group leads (4 people, one per participant group)
-
A doctor (1 person, present for the full duration of the camp)
-
Accompanying parents (5 people, representing each of the three regions: Gegharkunik, Syunik, and Tavush)
With experienced mentors and professionals overseeing each group, participants will be guided through a transformative experience, leaving with new skills, meaningful memories, and a strengthened sense of confidence.
The Menq & Moonq program is financed by the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO) in partnership with Sign of Hope (SoH). The project is implemented by the Development Principles NGO.
